A one-time on-site visit providing initial design feedback, which may include paint color direction, space planning, and general layout recommendations.
Design Only Services………………Custom Fee (determined by KPD)
A design-focused service including a brief site visit and the development of a customized design concept, which may include space planning, concept boards, renderings, finish and furnishing selections, product recommendations, and a curated shopping list.
Design + Project Management Services………………Custom Fee (determined by KPD)
Includes all Design Only Services, plus ordering coordination, project management, installation coordination, and contractor communication.
Purchasing & Reimbursements………………15%
Personal shopping and procurement support with a 15% fee based on purchase price (tax excluded), plus reimbursement of all approved expenses.
Hourly Design Time………………$150/hour
Applied to any work outside of an agreed project scope, including revisions, sourcing, research, communication, presentations, and travel as applicable.
